eFireservice has a very active user group. With over 80% of customers attending a yearly user group we take input and direction from our customers very seriously. All new products are designed in partnership with at least one customer and often with a special interest group.

eFireservice started as pdrPro and learnPro which started in 2004 and merged to form eFireservice in 2016. In 2020 eFireservice and learnPro (NHS division) merged to form learnPro eFireservice Limited.
