Course Management

Our calendar based course management system (CMS) is fully integrated into pdrPro. The system manages all aspects of centralised training.

The CMS will reduce the time needed to manage training, reduce “no shows”, deliver the reporting you need and ensure available training is easy to find for everyone in the organisation.

A course template holds the information for a course type, for instance BA. Then individual instances of a course with different dates, locations and attendees are displayed on the calendar.

Reporting

There are 12 different reports available, typical ones are:

Course Gap Analysis

This report lists all personnel from the location chosen who have not completed the course specified in the period chosen.

Nomination Status

Displays a list of all personnel who are in the nomination statuses selected in the period specified. This report will replace the booked courses report, the early recall report and the non-attendance report.

Personnel Status

Displays a pivot table report of nomination status counts by CMS course. This allows administrators to see the number of nominations for specific courses in a given period and to see the current state of all nominations for the individual.

API

Data from the system can be made available to other systems. For example, query whether individuals are in frequency.
