workforcePro for Non-Operational staff

workforcePro (WFP) gives access, management and reports for pdrPro and learnPro to non operational greenbook staff and management.

Core Functionality

WFP extends the system to give the following functionality:

  • The ability to set up Multiple Divisions in the same system These could be Control Roles, Accounts, even senior management with different needs and reporting requirements.
  • Multiple Locations within Divisions
  • Multiple Departments
  • Ability to apply different labels or names to management eg Director, Manager, Supervisor
  • Separation of the reports into divisions so that they can be managed and reported on separately, e.g accounts can have their own administration and reports.

Standard Package for WFP

This extends the use of pdrPro, learnPro and Read and Sign to green book staff.

A typical greenbook member of staff would have a few core skills and the associated activities to be compliant in the skill. The WFP interface for these staff would be similar to below
