The Key features of the Appraisals module are:

  • Allows managers to record appraisals for all staff (both operational and support staff) across an organisation to meet performance standards.
  • Allows reviewees to enter evidence against customer specific objectives / statements to discuss performance, and to progress to the next level.
  • Allows managers to create development needs for the reviewee. Allows managers to create objectives for the reviewee.
  • Allows managers the ability to view/update an individual’s driving license and Qualification details during the appraisal process.
  • Allow managers and administrators to perform periodic Appraisal Reviews, to update the status of any given development needs or objectives.
  • Supports full reporting on Appraisals, Development Needs, Driver license details and Qualifications.
  • Supports interim Appraisals.
  • Provides CPD approval check during Appraisal.
  • Supports Corporate Objectives.
