Incident Reflections Enhancements

Claiming Activities during Incident Reflections

• It is now possible for Administrators to choose which Activities are relevant/claimable when users are reflecting on Incidents.

• During an Incident Reflection the user will only be able to choose activities that are ‘claimable during incident reflections’. If there are no available activities linked to their core skills, it will not show in the selection list. (If there are no available activities linked to core skills this screen will automatically move to the next step in the process)
• N.b. This functionality is only available to v5 users that have ‘Claim Activities From Incidents’ enabled. If you are unable to claim activities from incidents and would like to switch this functionality on, you are able to from the System Components menu on the Admin homepage.

• All activities have been set as claimable by default.
• Those who do not have this option enabled will not experience any difference in operation.
