pdrPro v5.0 Upcoming System Updates

Introduction

This is an advanced notice that your pdrPro system will be updated next Wednesday (28th Sept 2022) morning with the following updates:-

Module Update
pdrPro V5.0 –Appraisals Module

1. The Appraisals Module has been updated to include the following new switchable features:-

New Admin Appraisal Settings

Previous Performance Objectives filter option
• Allows Admins to set which Previous Performance Objectives created in the current

Appraisal Year are displayed on an Individuals Appraisal
• All
• Only outstanding tasks
• Previous Development Need Filter option
• Allows Admins to set which Previous Development Need records created in the current

Appraisal Year are displayed on an Individuals Appraisal
• All
• Only outstanding tasks
• Talent Scoring
• Allows Reviewers to allocate Talent Scores to Reviewees at part of their appraisal review(s)

• Display the latest Talent score allocated in the Appraisal Report

2. pdrPro Group Training Synchronisation with LearnPro

To keep the learnPro and pdrpro systems in sync:-

• A new switchable option is now available, that allows group training events entered in pdrpro, that are linked to a learnPro assessment or module, to create learnPro passed assessment records for all the selected personnel.
